An Abuja Federal High Court has stopped the Speaker of Cross Rivers House of Assembly, Honourable John Gaul Lebo, from declaring vacant the seat of a member of the house, Honourable Elucate Okora Ekom for defecting to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
