For failing to publish the names of members of the National Assembly allegedly benefited from the lucrative contracts of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, the House of Representatives has sued the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio for perjury and defamation.
