Barely one week after Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State, got re-elected for a second-term in office, following the December 5 Governorship election and January 10 Supplementary election in the state, Senator representing Bayelsa East Senatorial District, Sen. Ben Bruce on Friday, urged President Muhammadu Buhari to congratulate Dickson for emerging victorious at the polls.
