Cattle colonies, a time bomb waiting to explode – Biafra group
The Movement of Biafrans in Nigeria (MOBIN) has said that the federal government’s plan to have cattle colonies across the states in the country is a time bomb waiting to explode. MOBIN also accused the Federal Government of refusing to proscribe as terrorist group, the herdsmen killing and maiming lives in many parts of the country just like it rushed to proscribe the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, group, saying while IPOB group was only agitating peacefully for a right course, the herdsmen are killing and raping people with impunity.
