Amnesty: 45 students graduate from Belarus University, with 3 first class
45 student delegates of the Presidential Amnesty Programme graduated from two universities in Belarus with three of them clinching first class honors in Information Technology from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
