The national legal adviser of All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Muiz Banire, has faulted his alleged suspension by the party chapter in Mushin Local Government, Lagos state, even as he pointed accusing finger as the state government.

The Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Mushin Local Government Area of Lagos has suspended the National Legal Adviser, Dr. Muiz Banire from the party citing anti-party activities.

THE National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Party APC, was in the news in the past few weeks for standing up to the Lagos hegemony like a real man with good balls and eyeball -to -eyeball. He has attracted condemnations from some quarters with some of the political slaves he is trying to liberate forming what he called “rented crowds” pounding the streets and demanding his expulsion from their party.

Traffic and business activities were temporarily brought to a halt, yesterday, around Ikeja, when thousands of All Progressives Congress, APC, members in Mushin Local Government and Odi-Olowo Local Council Development Area, LCDA, stormed the Lagos House, House of Assembly and APC secretariat, demanding for immediate expulsion of the party’s National Legal Adviser, Muiz Banire from the party over alleged anti-party activities.

THE National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Muiz Banire, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, was accused by an online media outfit of paying N500,000 “bribe” into the account of a serving judge of the National Industrial Court (NIC).
