Niger Delta militant group, Niger Delta Avengers, NDA, which claimed responsibility for the February 14, explosion that rocked a Forcados pipeline, is threatening to battle the Nigerian Navy over its ban on the use of 200 Horse Power outboard engines on speed boats in the region.
