The national president, Movement for Peace and Development of Niger Delta, MOPEDEND, Comrade Paul Azorbo Amabiri, has chided the group, Project Niger Delta, PND, over what he termed as malicious and derogatory news report against the president of the Ijaw National Congress, INC, Prof. Benjamin Okaba and the coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Dr Dennis Otuaro.
