The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt Gen Faruk Yahaya on Thursday commenced an operational tour of the North East (NE) Theatre of Operations, where troops are currently leading the onslaught against Boko Haram (BH) and Islamic State West Africa Province(ISWAP) terrorists.
