Anambra SWAN urges Gov. Obiano to appoint Commissioner for Sports Ministry
The Anambra chapter of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) on Thursday expressed its worry over the non-appointment of a Commissioner for the Ministry of Sports in the state.
