The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, yesterday, arraigned one Wilson Daphey (aka Jefrey Guiseppe) before Justice Mobolaji Olajuwon of a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on a nine-count charge bordering on obtaining money under false pretense and money laundering.
