The fourth annual edition of the Agusto & Co Consumer Digital Banking Satisfaction Index examines customers’ preferences towards digital banking platforms hosted by selected banks in Nigeria. The Index comprises a survey and a scorecard, which ranks coverage banks based on consumer feedback.
