A chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State, Chief Micheal Johnny,  has that a national chairmanship candidate of the party and former  governor of Edo State, Mr. Adams Oshiomohle, will adhere to the power rotation by allowing the governorship candidate of the party in the state to emerge from Delta North senatorial district which is the key to the party’s victory in 2019 governorship election.
