The Federal High Court, Ikeja, Lagos has discharged and acquitted one Donatus Ezebunwa Achinulo who was allegedly accused with others of conspiracy, smuggling of 661 pump action rifles, forgery and altering of documents, bribery and importation of prohibited items.
