The Appeal Court declared winner of the April 11, 2015 governorship election in Abia State, Alex Otti, of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), has condemned the spate of violence in Aba, the state’s commercial city, describing it as unfortunate, “particularly for a state in dire need of liberation”.
