National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON, has said that its chairman, Barrister Abdullahi Mukhtar Muhammad never blamed closure of Saudi Arabia’s registration portal for low number of Nigerian pilgrims as reported in the media, adding that such misrepresentation could strain the diplomatic relationship between the two countries.
