Court declines to order INEC to conduct by-election to replace 27 Rivers lawmakers
The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Friday, declined to compel the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to conduct by-election to fill seats of 27 members of the Rivers State House of Assembly that allegedly defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
