The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has declared that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is collapsing at an unprecedented rate, as support groups that backed Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 presidential election have defected to the ruling party.
