Tribunal refuses Fayemi’s application

Fayemi is challenging the election of Engr Segun Oni as the governor in the 6 wards of Ifaki 1 and 2, Orin/Ora Ward,Usi ward and Ipoti wards1 and 2 in both Ido /Osi and Ijero Local Government areas respectively
The lead counsel to the AC gubernatorial candidate in the election,Mallam Yusuff Alli had in a motion dated July 17 and filed on July 22, filed an application asking the tribunal to order for the movement of the electoral materials to the custody of the tribunal.

Benue spends N679.1m on community micro projects
