The African Union Agenda 2063 Ambassadorial Assembly has announced the nomination of Akinkunmi Joseph Oladipupo, CEO of Alveena Events, as an official Ambassador to promote the African Union’s Agenda 2063, a strategic framework designed to guide Africa’s socio-economic transformation over the coming decades.

This prestigious recognition celebrates Oladipupo’s exceptional leadership, diplomatic acumen, and steadfast commitment to advancing the goals of a unified and prosperous Africa. The appointment places him among a select group of influential individuals entrusted with advocating for policies and initiatives that accelerate the realization of the AU’s long-term vision.

Introduced in 2013, Agenda 2063 serves as Africa’s blueprint for economic growth, human development, and continental integration. Built around seven core Aspirations, it envisions “The Africa We Want”—an integrated, peaceful, and prosperous continent driven by its citizens and acting as a dynamic force in the global arena. Of particular importance is the second Aspiration, which calls for an integrated and politically united Africa grounded in Pan-Africanism and Africa’s Renaissance, ideals that remain as relevant today as when they were first articulated by the continent’s founding leaders in 1963.

As an Agenda 2063 Ambassador, Oladipupo will play a pivotal role in advancing these goals both within Africa and internationally.
