…rewards him with brand new Lexus SUV, 10% commission on sales

ONITSHA – A leading real estate company in the South East geopolitical zone, Reapfold Properties Limited, has recognized one of it’s marketing agents, Dr. Stanley Onunkwor as Grand Ambassador for year 2024 fiscal year.

Consequently, the company rewarded him with a car gift and paid him 10 percent of each plot of land he sold for the company during 2024 marketing season which amounted to N120 million, as part of efforts to promote human capital development, loyalty and dedication to duty.

In a special ceremony held at Peakcastel Hotel, Awka, Anambra state, weekend, Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Reapfold Properties Limited, Dr Nonso Okafor, restated the company’s commitment to continue to reward its customers and investors who reached benchmarks across the South-East states, comprising, Anambra, Enugu, I’m, Abia and Ebonyi.

Okafor noted that for Onunkwor to emerge the company’s ‘2024 Grand Ambassador’, he deserved the car gift for his  dedication, commitment towards human capital development and above all for truthfully selling the company’s properties worth N120 million and for him to do more in this 2025 fiscal year.

He said, “The car was presented to Dr Onunkwor in appreciation for his dedication, commitment and for truthfully selling the company’s properties worth N120 million in 2024, adding, We are doing this not only to promote the sector in Anambra State, but also to encourage the upcoming realtors to work harder”.

“Dr Onunkwor is one of the backbone of this company in Anambra State. His dedication and innovation have been instrumental in driving our mission to deliver quality and affordable housing solutions to, not just Anambra people, but for the entire Nigerians”, said Okafor.

Okafor also used the ceremony to reaffirm the company’s commitment to its customers and investors, adding that all those who identified with the company would never go unrewarded.
