Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe, known to many as Prophet Genesis and the Presiding Shepherd of CCC Genesis Global is set to host a prayer Conference in Lagos with the theme 5G.
In a statement sent to Vanguard, the prayer Conference called the Standout Prayer Conference will hold on the 27th of June 2025 at the Victoria Garden in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos State.
Prophet Genesis said participants should expect to grow deeper spiritually, get refreshed and restored, Receive life changing teachings, strengthening of their faith and an Encounter with the Holy spirit, explaining that the theme 5G means Grace, Growth, Glory, Grit and God.
He said that the Stand out prayer conference is a true move from God that one that does not recover from.
Prophet Genesis said the meeting is God calling a lot of persons into something greater and bigger.
He emphasised that the goal of the prayer Conference is to impact Christ into people who attended and not an avenue for his church to make money or a showcase of dark spiritualism
He said that although some churches other the umbrella of the Celestial Church of Christ may be indulging in practices that are not of Christ, his church does not do so.
He said that his church follows the doctrine of Christ, given themselves to prayer fasting and the teaching of the word. He says that if anyone is told that they do other wise then it is a lie.
“Celestial Church of Christ is a big Umbrella that serves as cover to many Churches including ours. Some have taken advantage of this covering and added practices and doctrines that are not scriptural.
“You find churches that pastor goes to bath for people in a stream (not water Baptism), you see some some that uses candles to do spiritual stuff and other spiritual stuff.
“But there are many other like ours that don’t do such and give ourselves to prayer, fasting and the word of God. If you come to my Church you will only be thought the word of God, prayed for and counseled, if you desire to be”, he added.
