Prominent leaders from business, finance, faith, and academia are set to converge in Lagos to champion empathetic leadership at the 21st edition of the Lagos Leadership Conference.
The conference, scheduled for July 11, 2025, is themed “Leading with Empathy.”
The event, which will be held at RCCG Resurrection Parish, Lekki, Lagos, will spotlight the power of compassionate and human-centered leadership in today’s complex world.
Convener of the Lagos Leadership Conference, Head, RCCG Blessed Family & Convener, LLC, Pastor Charles Kpandei, said that the one-day event will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, as it will bring together leaders from across business, finance, faith, and academia for impactful conversations and leadership development.
The speakers for the conference include: Managing Director/CEO, FSDH Merchant Bank Ltd, Mrs. Bukola Smith; Chief Executive, Business School Netherlands (BSN), Nigeria, Prof. Lere Baale; Former Executive Director, Bank of Industry (BOI), Pastor Simon Aranonu; and Pastor Charles Kpandei.
Pastor Kpandei expressed high expectations, stating: “This 21st edition is coming at a time when the world is in dire need of leaders who lead not just with authority, but with understanding.
“We believe ‘Leading with Empathy’ is not just a theme; it’s a call to action. I am confident that this will be one of the most impactful conferences we’ve ever hosted.”
