This program takes participants from beginner to industry-ready, using Anne Ruth Marie’s expert curriculum and Shecluded’s supportive community.
The goal: equip women with valuable digital skills, boost employability, and open new income opportunities.
The Founder and CEO of Anne Ruth Marie, Banke Adebayo, expressed, “We are beyond excited to be collaborating with Shecluded on this mission.
“This partnership represents more than just skills training, it’s about economic empowerment, career confidence, and giving 1,000 people the opportunity to rewrite their professional stories.”
“Virtual Assistance is one of the most flexible, scalable career paths in today’s digital economy, and we are thrilled to open doors for those ready to take that leap.”
Adebayo described Anne Ruth Marie as a social impact brand on a mission to economically empower 100,000 African women through virtual work and digital skills by 2030.
Key highlights of the program include a comprehensive VA curriculum, from Newbie to Elite, Job-readiness focus, certification and placement opportunities.
“Graduates will receive industry-recognised certification and will be eligible for placement opportunities through the DiVAA platform, Anne Ruth Marie’s proprietary connection hub for Virtual Assistants and Visionaries,” the CEO added.
The training program commenced in June 2025, with the first cohort of 250 participants. Applications are currently open for the next cohort.
