The Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ) has announced the theme for the third edition of its London Conference as “The Power of Us: Uniting for Impact!”—a call to action for collaboration, leadership, and network-driven change.

Scheduled to take place in June at the Hilton London Kensington, the conference will convene thought leaders, industry experts, and professionals from various sectors, featuring a dynamic lineup that includes a fireside chat, two plenary sessions, a spotlight segment on personal success journeys, and an engaging debate session.

Speaking on the forthcoming event, Omowunmi Akingbohungbe, Executive Director of WIMBIZ, said the conference aims to foster insightful dialogue, meaningful networking, and actionable takeaways.

“This year’s theme highlights the incredible potential we unlock when women come together with a shared purpose,” she noted, adding that the event is designed to leave attendees inspired and equipped to drive impact in their communities and industries.

Key topics on the agenda include “Harnessing Collaboration Over Competition” and “Making an Impact in the Community,” reflecting the urgency of unity in today’s evolving professional and social climate.

The speaker lineup includes Ann Cairns, Chair of TMF Group & Crown Agents Bank; Morenike Ajayi, MBE, Executive Director of GCHA & CEO/Founder of Career Nuggets; Belinda Otas, Editor, Journalist, and Podcast Lead at Pin Afric; Dr. Lisa Adjei, Partnership Manager and Diversity & Inclusion Consultant; Eryca Freemantle, Founder of E.A.T.O.W Global & Beauty Industry Strategist; and Sandra Pollock, OBE, Co-Chair of the Strategic Independent Advisory Group (SIAG), Voluntary Leicestershire Police, among others.

Akingbohungbe emphasised that this year’s conference is tailored for professionals, entrepreneurs, and advocates of women’s empowerment, offering an enriching experience filled with transformative insights, strategic connections, and stories that redefine success.

Now in its 24th year, WIMBIZ is a non-profit organisation committed to promoting and supporting women in leadership roles across public and private sectors.
