Michael Oglegba celebrates Gov Alia on 59th birthday, commends his transformational leadership

The Honourable Commissioner of Finance, Benue State, Mr. Michael Oglegba, has extended warm felicitations to the Executive Governor of Benue State, His Excellency Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, on the auspicious occasion of his 59th birthday anniversary.
