ABUJA – In a landmark moment for youth leadership and regional cooperation in Africa, Amb. Engr. (Dr.) Chinedu Ogwus has been officially named West Africa Youth Ambassador and honored with the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity by the West African Youth Council (WAYC), the regional youth body under the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
