A Lagos-based real estate firm, Meritabode Nigeria Limited, has renewed its commitment to bridging Nigeria’s housing gap.

The company made this fresh pledge while commemorating its 13th anniversary of providing housing solutions to Nigerians.

Speaking during the celebration, the Managing Director, Oludotun Oseni, stated that the company, founded in 2012, has expanded its footprint through proprietary developments across key locations including Arepo, Simawa, Aseese, Mowe, Ibeju Lekki, Epe, and more.

He said: “Our company’s flagship projects, such as the Emerald Garden City series and Sapphire Courts, have become synonymous with affordable luxury and community development.

“Over the past 13 years, our vision has remained clear — to provide affordable housing solutions to Nigerians without compromising on quality. It’s about making dreams come true.

“As we step into the next decade, our vision remains ambitious yet clear — to make homeownership more accessible while setting new benchmarks in quality and sustainability.

“We aim to expand our footprint across key urban and emerging areas, introduce more flexible payment plans, and integrate smart housing solutions that cater to the evolving needs of homeowners and investors.

“Beyond just real estate, we are committed to creating communities where people can live, work, and thrive.”

Also speaking, the General Manager, Mrs. Ofure Oseni, emphasized the firm’s focus on community building rather than just housing sales.

She said: “Our focus is not just on selling houses but on fostering communities where families can thrive and grow.

“Many of our clients are residents of the US and UK who have been exposed to a certain level of living experience; our goal is to replicate that quality of living here in Nigeria.

“To achieve this, we are strengthening our operational framework to ensure that every estate we develop aligns with global best practices.

“We are adopting innovative construction techniques, forming strategic partnerships with financial institutions to ease access to home financing, and enhancing our customer engagement processes to provide seamless experiences from purchase to property handover.

“Our commitment to transparency and quality will remain at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that every Nigerian who dreams of owning a home can find a trusted partner in Meritabode.”

The Head of Operations, Mrs. Roseline Duruaku, highlighted the company’s dedication to transparency and accountability.

According to her: “At the core of Meritabode’s success lies an unwavering commitment to transparency and accountability.

“In an industry where trust is paramount, we have consistently delivered on our promises.
From the initial stages of land acquisition to the final stages of project completion, transparency remains non-negotiable. Our clients deserve nothing less.”

Similarly, the Sales Manager, Victor Igbinoba, highlighted the investment value of the firm’s real estate offerings.

He noted: “Our estates are not just about providing homes but offering lucrative investment opportunities.

Over the past decade, our initial investors have enjoyed over 420% returns on investment.
Our commitment to quality ensures that every investment with us is a step toward a secure financial future.”

Regional Business Development Managers, Fehintola Tiamiyu and Bankole Ipadeola, also expressed enthusiasm for the company’s future.

Tiamiyu added: “As we look ahead, Meritabode remains dedicated to expanding our reach and enhancing the quality of life for Nigerians through innovative housing solutions.”
