As Christians across the world celebrate Easter, Sir Napoleon Onoriode Kokori has extended warm greetings to the Governor of Delta State, regional leaders, and Deltans both at home and abroad. In his Easter message, Onoriode emphasized the urgent need for peace, unity, and collective progress within the Niger Delta.
Speaking from Ughelli, Onoriode, a respected entrepreneur and community advocate, described Easter as a season of hope, renewal, and reflection.
He called on all stakeholders in the region to embrace dialogue and foster harmony as essential foundations for meaningful development.
“We cannot talk about development without first talking about peace,” Onoriode said. “The Niger Delta has enormous potential, but we must learn to work together across ethnic, political, and social divides. This Easter, I urge all leaders and citizens to make peace our top priority.”
Onoriode stressed that the challenges facing the region—ranging from resource management to youth restiveness—can only be resolved through cooperation and understanding.
“It is only through unity and shared responsibility that we can create a better Delta State,” he added. “We must rise above our differences and focus on building a future that benefits all.”
Beyond his advocacy, Napoleon Onoriode is the founder and CEO of Novara International Business Ltd and Tibua Logistics Limited, companies that have made significant contributions to the transport and logistics sector, especially within the oil and gas industry. Through these ventures, he has provided jobs and boosted economic activities in the region.
A certified member of both the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria (CIOTA) and the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON), Onoriode is also known for his philanthropic efforts. Recently, he organized a special health outreach program for the elderly in Ughelli North Local Government Area, delivering essential medical services and promoting elderly welfare.
“Giving back to the community is not just a duty—it’s a calling,” he said. “Through acts of kindness and support, we can build a more compassionate and inclusive society.”
As a Deacon in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Onoriode seamlessly blends faith with civic duty, serving as a moral compass for both the young and old.
In closing his Easter message, he expressed optimism about the future of Delta State and the Niger Delta as a whole.
“This season reminds us that from every challenge, there is the promise of new beginnings. Let us seize this moment to renew our commitment to peace, development, and love for one another,” Onoriode said.
His Easter message resonates as more than just a holiday greeting—it is a passionate plea for unity, progress, and shared prosperity in a region yearning for transformation.
