Nigeria’s music scene, renowned music producer Rotimikeys, has secured an endorsement deal with Yamaha Music Africa. 

This collaboration marks a significant milestone, highlighting the fusion of Nigerian musical talent with global industry standards.

Rotimikeys, celebrated for his exceptional keyboard skills and innovative performances, has been instrumental in shaping contemporary Nigerian music. His partnership with Yamaha Music Africa underscores a shared commitment to musical excellence and innovation.

Through this collaboration, Rotimikeys showcases Yamaha’s cutting-edge instruments, including the PSR-SX920 keyboard, renowned for its advanced features and superior sound quality.

Rotimi Akinfenwa, professionally known as Rotimikeys, is a multifaceted Nigerian music producer, songwriter, arranger and sound engineer. He has collaborated with a diverse array of artists, including Salif Keita, Yemi Alade, Asa, Simi, Omawumi, Bez, Cobhams, Tosin Martins, Niyola, Waje, Flavour, Nathaniel Bassey, Segun Obe, Mairo Ese, Femi Leye, Mercy Chinwo, Gbenga Akinfenwa and Darey Art Alade. 

In 2013, he founded SonG23 Productions, through which he has produced prominent jingles and sound designs for major brands such as MTN, Globacom, Etisalat, Nigerian Breweries, and others. 

His notable works include the 2016 EP “Wild Colours,” featuring covers of popular Nigerian hits, directing the global Black Magic Tour for afrobeats queen Yemi Alade, and the 2017 gospel hit “Olowogbogboro” for Nathaniel Bassey. Transitioning into artistry, Rotimikeys has released original singles like “Life is Beautiful” (2020), “Onise Iyanu” (2022), the hit single “Ore Ofe Sha” (2023), and “This Year” (2024). 

He has also served as a judge on music talent shows, including the “Stardom Reality Show” in 2018 and BET’s “Sunday Best Lagos Auditions” in 2019.
