Cooperate for peace in Middle East, Peter Oboh urges Netanyahu

Former Commonwealth and British boxing champion, Peter Oboh, now a minister of God, has urged Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, to cooperate with the United States president, Donald Trump towards working out a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.

Recall that Palestinian group, Hamas, said on Tuesday that talks for the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire had begun.

Meanwhile, Israel said it would send negotiators to mediator Qatar later this week.

Also, Trump and Netanyahu have been holding meeting on the situation.

Reacting, Oboh said: “Donald Trump, who is now the most influential politician in the world since becoming the 47th American president, and Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister, are having meetings in Washington DC.

“I plead with Mr. Netanyahu to cooperate for there to be complete ceasefire in Gaza.

“Netanyahu and Trump now hold the keys to a complete peace in Gaza and, in deed, in the Middle East in general.

“The truth is if this opportunity for peace is thrown away, thousands will die. And the loss will be from both sides.

“The life of one soul matters a lot to us humans, specially if it happens to be your loved one. We should be considerate and accommodating with others,” Peter Oboh concluded.
