In a significant advancement for educational standards in Lagos, the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, NAPPS, has introduced NAPPS ExamBOX, a pioneering digital platform aimed at enhancing the exam preparation experience for WAEC students. With a bold goal of achieving an 85% pass rate by 2025, this initiative underscores NAPPS Lagos’ dedication to fostering academic excellence among its member schools.

The NAPPS ExamBOX is equipped with a comprehensive computer-based testing platform, featuring an extensive database of 20 years’ worth of WAEC questions, interactive quizzes, and tailored learning experiences. The platform also encompasses resource materials for JAMB and BECE, providing a holistic tool for students preparing for their exams. This modern educational solution is designed to eliminate uncertainties in studying, allowing students to approach their learning with confidence and clarity.

According to the Chairman of NAPPS Lagos, Chief Yusuf Alaka, the initiative symbolised a transformative shift in education. “NAPPS Lagos is committed to developing innovative solutions that empower schools and equip our students for academic success,” he stated. “With NAPPS ExamBOX, we are offering critical resources that not only prepare students for WAEC but also help build their confidence for future educational endeavors.”

“The introduction of NAPPS ExamBOX is expected to enhance student performance through a data-driven approach that tracks academic progress and identifies areas needing improvement. Developed in partnership with Chronicles Software, this tool leverages cutting-edge technology to provide focused support for students and assist teachers in monitoring their pupils’ development.” Alaka affirmed.

The CEO of Chronicles Software, Mr. Oluwakoyejo Oluwatosin, who hailed the initiative as a revolutionary change in learning, noted that: “NAPPS ExamBOX is crafted to make education engaging and effective,” he remarked. “By providing tailored resources, we are paving the way for outstanding performance in WAEC, JAMB, and beyond.”

“The deployment of NAPPS ExamBOX signifies a move toward a more inclusive and accessible educational landscape in Lagos. By bridging the gap between conventional teaching methods and modern digital resources, this initiative prepares students for the challenges of the future. It highlights a collaborative effort between students, educators, and parents, fostering an environment conducive to academic achievement and personal growth.

“The launch of NAPPS ExamBOX is more than just an initiative to improve exam results; it aims to equip students with the necessary skills to succeed in a technology-driven world. This commitment reflects NAPPS Lagos’ vision to innovate education and create new pathways for its students,” added Oluwatosin.
