UYO – AKWA-Ibom State Government have kept over the reported death of Mrs Blessing Adewunmi, daughter of the State’s Deputy Governnor, Sen Dr. Akon Eyakenyi.

Vanguard however gathered that Mrs Adewunmi who got married last year allegedly died of childbearing in a Port Harcourt, Rivers State hospital.

The state government and her family are yet to offer official statement even as the sad incident dominates discussions in the state with condolences flying on social media.
