Afriwok, a new innovative service marketplace, is gearing up for its official launch in February 2025, promising to transform how people find and hire service providers across the country.

The launch of Afriwok, according to the company, aims to tackle a pressing issue many Africans face: the difficulty of finding trustworthy, skilled service providers close to home. Afriwok leverages technology to simplify this process, offering users access to verified professionals across various categories, from artisans and home service providers to event vendors and more.
“Afriwok was born out of the need to bridge the gap between service providers and the everyday person and strategically improve the standard of life for Nigerians through empowering them wth skills,” said Martins Okolongwu, Chief Executive Officer of Afriwok.

The firm said on Wednesday that the app will provide a user-friendly interface where customers can search, browse, and connect with professionals tailored to their specific needs.
With Key features like Location-Based Search. Verified Listings and Seamless Communication, they’re certain Afriwok will revolutionize Africa’s service marketplace.
Also speaking to the Chief Operating Officer, Eric Onuh, he mentioned that beyond solving customer challenges, Afriwok will also serve as a growth catalyst for service providers.
The Chief Technology Officer of the company Ekene Ezeasor assured us that the app will be as easy as ABC to use and navigate. He emphasized that the platform is being built to offer visibility, access to a broader customer base, and tools to streamline business operations.
As Afriwok prepares for its February launch, the platform has already attracted significant attention. Its beta testing phase, which included feedback from early users, has reinforced its commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both service providers and clients.
