….Ogun CMC lauds emergence

The National Association of University Students, NAUS, has chosen Comrade Meshach Anthony Nwankwo as the Deputy National President (National and Campus Affairs) at an election that took place in Abuja on Saturday.
Commenting on the development, the Ogun State Campus Monitoring Committee, CMC, leadership described the election of Nwankwo as well deserved.
The Ogun CMC leaders, namely Comr. Adeyemi Boluwatife Opeyemi, the Chairman, Comr. Talabi Adekunle Adeyanju, the Secretary General, and Comr. Akowe Elisha Oluwadamilare, the Publicity Secretary, said in a statement endorsed by them that Nwankwo discharged himself well in his previous position.
“On behalf of Ogun State university students, we say congratulations to Comr. Meshach Anthony Nwankwo on his well-deserved emergence as Deputy National President (National and Campus Affairs) of the National Association of University Students (NAUS) today, Saturday 28th September 2024, which held in Abuja. As a product of Ogun State, his achievement brings immense pride to Team Ogun State. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all stakeholders, senators, and comrades who supported us in making this victory possible.
“We also celebrate Comr. Oguntade Israel Omodolamu on his emergence as NAUS National Senate President. His triumph brings joy and unity to the Southwest, demonstrating the power of collective support and love. NAUS Ogun CMC, led by Comr. Adeyemi Boluwatife Opeyemi congratulates Comr. Oguntade on this remarkable achievement.
“Furthermore, we congratulate Comr. Tiamiyu Olayinka Ibrahim on his emergence as NAUS Southwest Vice President. This accomplishment showcases the unity and solidarity of the Southwest. We are proud of your achievement and pray for a successful regime under your leadership.”
