ABUJA- A reputable construction firm, Thinklab Group Limited, yesterday, assured the Kaduna State Government of quality delivery of 35.6 kilometers of road project linking Bagoma to Gagumi in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area.

The Thinklab Group expressed enthusiasm for the project, with Architect Jibril Nusa, representing the Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr Sa’id Kori, disclosed that the project contributes to their goal of constructing 1000km of road by December.

According to Nusa, the CEO, Kori, reaffirms Thinklab’s dedication to the Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs, emphasizing the project’s role in improving transportation, security, and the local economy.

He assured that Thinklab Group Limited is deeply committed to delivering the project with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and he noted that the organisation recognizes the importance of the road to the communities it is designed to serve and the overall development of Kaduna State.

Therefore he stressed that the organisation’s experienced team will work diligently to ensure the timely and successful completion of the reconstruction, and also taking into consideration of the people’s safety and convenience during the construction process.

Meanwhile, he also assured Thinklab’s strong partnership with the Kaduna State Government, which he appreciated Governor Uba Sani and all stakeholders for their support in the crucial development effort of the State at this time.

The ground-breaking of the project was performed by the Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, who said the 35.6km road connecting Bagoma, Gagumi, Ungwan Fari, Idi Labo, Awaro, Tashan Keji, and Sabon Layi in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area, is a significant step towards restoring peace and stability in the area, which is a major gateway to several parts of Nigeria, rich in minerals and arable land, but burdened by security challenges.

Governor Sani emphasized that the road will revitalize the local economy, improve security, and enable citizens to rebuild their lives and businesses.

According to the Governor, since he assumed office in 2023, his administration has launched 62 road projects across Kaduna State, covering 817 kilometers, with several nearing completion.

He also commended Thinklab Group, the contractor handling the construction for its commitment to delivering high-quality projects across the State.

He maintained that, “This road, once completed, will not only boost economic activities and reduce post-harvest losses but also enhance security and create jobs during construction.”

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by top officials, traditional rulers, and stakeholders because it was a key moment in the state’s infrastructural development.
