AA candidate hopeful as Supreme Court reserves judgement on Kogi guber case

The legal contest over the Kogi State gubernatorial election has advanced to the Supreme Court, where the judgment has been reserved in the case between Action Alliance (AA) candidate, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh and All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, incumbent Governor Usman Ododo.

Speaking on the sideline of the Apex court reserving the case for judgment, the AA candidate,  Otunba Olayinka Braimoh calls upon all supporters and well-wishers of his party to remain resolute, vigilant, and law-abiding.

He reiterates his unwavering confidence in the Judiciary’s capacity to uphold justice, serving as the final bastion of hope for the common man.

Braimoh said he is firmly convinced that the Supreme Court will meticulously rectify all injustices and oversights perpetrated by the lower tribunal and the Court of Appeal., “I am sure that the integrity of the judicial process will prevail, ensuring that justice is not only done but seen to be done.

“We implore all stakeholders to maintain their steadfast support for the peaceful pursuit of justice as we await the Supreme Court’s decisive ruling.”

Braimoh said he remained fully committed to upholding the rule of law and safeguarding the democratic will of the people of Kogi State.
