ABUJA — Former National Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, has urged Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, to stop shifting the blame for the state’s security challenges onto others.

Shinkafi, who also serves as the Executive Director of Patriot for Advancement of Peace and Social Development, made this statement in Abuja on Friday.

Zamfara State has faced repeated attacks from bandits and kidnappers in recent months, resulting in significant loss of life and property.

Recently, Governor Lawal, during an appearance on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily, attributed the state’s insecurity to the federal government and security agencies.

He specifically pointed out that the governor had pledged to end insecurity
