Collaboration of All Progressive Congress (APC) women Support Groups (CAAWSG) has boasted that their involvement and participation in the National leadership in the Nation’s politics would change the political narrative in Nigeria.

The group newly elected National Auditor of the Collaboration of All APC Women Support Groups (CAAWSG), Hajia Maryam Ibrahim Osuza, stated this in a Statement made available to Journalists in Lafia on Monday.

She expressed gratitude to her supporters, family, and friends following her victory in the online election held on June 1st and 2nd, 2024.

Osuza added that with her election into the National position of the support group, crucial role would be played to contribute positively to change the direction of political direction not only in Nasarawa state but ensure that politics was played to bring about peaceful co-existence.

“Our collaboration and support will in no small way have a crucial impact on our collective desire to change the political narrative if collectively look forward to our continued partnership.

“I, therefore want to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to each and every one who voted for me and contributed to my success in various ways during the online election.

“Your votes will take Nasarawa politics to greater height. women Support group have made me proud to serve as the National Auditor of the Collaboration Of All APC Women Support Groups. This position will be use to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s goals and objectives.

“Thank you for believing in me and for your unwavering support,” reiterating her deep appreciation for the faith placed in her leadership. I promise to work tirelessly to justify your trust and ensure the progress of the organisation,” she affirmed.

Reflecting on the election process, the Nasarawa APC woman politician, who hails from Keana Local Government Area, noted the significance of the collective effort that led to her triumph will be replicated in the Nasarawa state politics.

Osuza advised Nigerian politicians to engage in a extensive outreach and leverage in both traditional and digital platforms to connect with potential voters, also canvassed accountability, dedication for the growth of the Nation’s politics.

Looking ahead, Osuza pledged to work diligently to justify the trust and confidence shown by her supporters.

In an interview, one of her supporters who did not want her name mentioned, expressed confidence in her ability to perform effectively.

“Hajia Maryam Ibrahim Osuza has shown exceptional dedication and leadership. We are confident that she will excel in her new role,” one of her campaign volunteers.
