Nehita Ofure Irieme, a talented actress is poised to make her mark in the Nigerian movie industry with her captivating performances and undeniable presence on screen.
With a growing list of acclaimed movies to her credit, the budding actress said that her passion for storytelling, role interpretation and commitment to her craft is her major selling point.
According to the actress, “Growing up and watching the likes of Geneviève Nnaji, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde and Rita Dominic play different characters in movies inspired me to pursue a career in acting.”
She added that “Sometimes, I find myself mimicking them especially when I stand in front of a mirror. My passion for the craft is driven by a burning childhood desire for fulfillment. I derive satisfaction in every character I play in movies.

So far, Nehita has starred in many movies, including the critically acclaimed Netflix movie, ‘Ijogbon’, ‘To Love Again’, ‘Samie and Gina’ among other yet -to-be-released movies.
Born and raised in Benin City, Edo State, Nehita developed a passion for acting at a very young age, which she pursued with determination and dedication. Her journey into the world of acting has been marked by hard work, perseverance, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
In a chat with NollyNow, the 25-year-old actress notes that with each new role, she continues to push boundaries and challenge herself creatively. “I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to pursue my acting career. I am excited to share my story with my fans and to continue growing as an artist. I am truly blessed to be living my dream,” she added.
Aside from acting, Nehita has also built a career for herself as a model and an OAP, hosting some of the biggest red-carpet events in Nigeria, including AY Live All Stars Edition, Pencil Unbroken, as well as some wedding ceremonies in Lagos. She’s getting ready to delve into the world of movie production, having completed a filmmaking course at the KAP Film Academy under the tutelage of cerebral filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan.
