The National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Europe chapter has appointed Emenike Chimezie Cyprain, as the head of the council in Norway, just as the body called for youth inclusion at all levels of governance.

Governor of the Council, Europe chapter, Ambassador Collins Idahosa stated this in a chat with Saturday Vanguard, calling for youth inclusion at all levels of governance, adding that current leaders need to deploy the deploy energy and expertise of the youth to critical in the governance of the country in order to have quick transformation and development in all sectors.

He stated that the council and the youths would benefit tremendously from the experience and expertise of Emenike Cyprain.

He also disclosed that the Council Magazine is underway urging all stakeholders to be part of the process for a befitting maiden edition.

Reacting to the appointment, Ambassador Cyprain who was the publicity secretary, Union of Nigeria National in Norway thanked the Governor and all members of the NYCN, Europe Chapter for the confidence reposed in him to serve the youth diligently, promising to join other youth leaders in changing the narrative for the youths both at home country and in the diaspora.
