The country’s electoral body, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has airlifted the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System (BVAS) to the states ahead of the 2023 general elections.
Professor Mahmood Yakubu, the INEC chairman observed airlifting of the devices at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
