It was excitement galore for Engr. Ikechukwu Ndulue, a resident of Victoria Garden City (VGC), weekend as he won a brand new Toyota Venza at a function organised by a leading real estate brand, PWAN Royale, an affiliate of Property World Africa Network (PWAN) Group. Engr. Ndulue is a realtor and business partner under the group.
Unknown to him, fate had something in store for him and eventually brought him face-to-face with his long-cherished wish that fateful Saturday afternoon. It was a day set aside for the PWAN Royale gift promo extravaganza. The Chairman of the Group, Dr. Augustine Onwumere, the directors, staff members, clients and associates of the real estate conglomerate had all converged as the celebration went into full swing.
At the climax of the event, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of PWAN Royale, Dr. Augustine Ejiofor announced: Today is a wonderful day for PWAN Royale,” adding that one lucky person would win a car gift, precisely a brand new model of Toyota Venza.
According to the PWAN Royale MD, it is a day to appreciate everyone who has made sales with the PWAN Royale brand, all loyal partners and PWAN Business Owners in the brand otherwise known as PBOs. “Out of every three persons at the venue, one person will be going home with a gift,” Dr Ejiofor exphasised.
He added: “We’ve a whole lot of wonderful things, such as foodstuff ranging from indomie, rice, spaghetti, and electronics of different types. We have laptops, machines, deep freezers, refrigerators, microwaves, every household item. That is what we are giving out today.
It was reliably gathered that PWAN Royale gives special incentives to PBOs who make a sale of N50 million, N100 million and to win a Venza, a PBO would have made a sale of up to N140 million. “But for today, our special promo will accommodate even people who only made less than minimum required amount.
