…describes him as a political pathfinder, detribalised Nigerian

The immediate past ALGON Chairman in Oyo State and Accord Candidate, House of Representatives, Oluyole Federal Constituency, Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, Sunday, described a former Governor of the state and Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, High Chief Rashidi Ladoja as a nationalist and detribalised Nigerian, who has contributed in no small measure to the socio-political and economic growth of Oyo State and Nigeria in general.

The former ALGON boss in a statement he personally signed and made available to Vanguard on the celebration of Ladoja’s 78th birthday anniversary added that the former governor is a political pathfinder, whose great leadership sacrifices were borne out of his selfless spirit to serve the people.

“The Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland has lived his entire life serving the people and Nigeria as a celebrated businessman, politician and statesman,” Abass-Aleshinloye said.

He further described Ladoja as a visionary leader and a rare mentor with exceptional abilities in various areas of human endeavours, adding that: “He has made great leadership sacrifices borne out of his selfless spirit to serve the people. I pray that God would preserve and grant him good health to enable him to render more service to humanity, Nigeria and Oyo State.”
