“In the last 16 years,  this is what we have dedicated ourselves to do, to reach out to those in need, most especially women and children in distress.

“Today is the launch of the campaign, so, we had to go above N500,000 because more of them need help”, Kwafaja stated, adding that the association earlier reached out to 10 disabled women in Abuja with wheelchairs valued at N800,000.

“So, today being our 16 year anniversary, we said that the only way we can appreciate God is to reach out to those in need so we plan that we are going to do this everyday for 31 days, touching the lives of people with half a million naira.

“We also supported a child who had cancer of the veins and had about 24 hours to live. Tomorrow, we will be visiting two sick patients at Gwagwalada specialist and one at Apo and Sunday it is going to be everyday until 31 days in every state.

“We are focused on sick children and widows and we surely would know who they are. We have been on it for the past 16 years and so we know how to identify them. We know those who are really in need”,the statement further read.
