Despite major doubts about his availability before the quarter finals clash against Equatorial Guinea due to a head injury he sustained in the Round of 16 match with Cape Verde, Mane played full 90 minutes and contributed immensely to the Lions’ 3-1 victory.
Speaking ahead of the semi final match which takes place at the Ahmadu Ahidjo Stadium in Yaounde today, Mane said, “It is my job to be ready to play anywhere and important for the boys to make sure we play to win.”
