Chief Executive Officer of Aisha Secrets, Aisha Tolu Idris, has commended the government, corporate organizations and individuals in the drive to sensitize the populace to give priority to their health during as new wave of COVID-19 pandemic bites harder.

Aisha stated this in Lagos, when sharing her views on the second wave of the COVID 19 pandemic, informing that, “We should educate Africans to take preventive measures, this period, wear a nose mask, and adhere to all COVID-19 protocol in stemming the spread of the virus.

She said, “Health experts have warned that the virus is a deadly one that has killed millions of people in the world, and the safest way is to observe the needed protocol to stay alive.

“Contrary to Melinda Gates prediction of seeing dead bodies in the streets of Africa, it is shocking to the Western world that we have survived with low dead rate.

If we continue to look out for each other, we will defeat the naysayers who are already disappointed,” Aisha said.

According to Aisha, the second wave of COVID-19 poses a serious health challenge. COVID 19 is not a respecter of any person, anyone could be vulnerable to it, if proper attention is not paid to one’s health.

“We should curtail the spread, if we observe all needed protocols. Health reports says, the second wave of the virus is deadlier to the first. We should live up to our responsibilities, as everyone should know that they have a role to play, in this survival battle.

“Engaging in more sensitization in all areas, could be the tonic in helping us stay alive. We should practice a healthy living lifestyle, and be more proactive. Nothing can be achieved if one dies. For anyone to achieve his set targets, one needs to stay alive. This virus can be contracted in different ways, but we should stay sensitized to our environment,” Aisha said.
