ASABA – THE Forum of Urhobo Leaders of Thought, has passed a vote of confidence on Olorogun O’Tega Emerhor and the Acting Director of Projects, EDP on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Engr Sam Adjogbe, insisting that duo have made the Urhobo nation proud in their various areas of endeavour.
The Forum in a statement issued by its Secretary, Alhaji Mumakai-Unagha Aru, said; “these two Urhobo sons have made the Urhobo nation proud in their various areas of endeavours.
“Olorogun O’Tega Emerhor has influenced the government of President Muhammadu Buhari to appointing Urhobo sons and daughters in strategic positions in the present day APC led administration. Olorogun O’Tega Emerhor is a boardroom guru with inestimable value.
“Engr. Sam Adjogbe the acting Executive Director of Projects of the Niger Delta Development Commission has impacted on the lives of Niger Deltans and equally transformed the social economics lives of the area through the various developmental projects embarked upon by the commission.
“All the communities in the Niger Delta are currently linked up with accessible roads, water, schools, electricity etc.
With the Executive Director Projects, determination of making huge impact, we are confident that in the nearest future the complain of the people will be a thing of the past.
“We therefore call on all sundry to give the commission a peaceful environment to implement the policy of the commission so as to deliver the goal of democracy and President Muhammadu’s Buhari agenda for the Niger Delta people.
“We as the Urhobo Leaders of Thoughts hereby pass this implicate vote on these worthy Urhobo sons.”
