Total donates to DELSUTH

TOTAL E&P Nigeria Limited has donated an ambulance with basic life support equipment to Delta State University Teaching Hospital, DELSUTH, Oghara.

Speaking at the formal handover of the ambulance to the Chief Medical Director of DELSUTH, Total E&P General Manager, CSR, Dr. Charles Ngeribara, said: “This is the first of the two ambulances Total E&P donated and in June the second ambulance will be delivered to DELSUTH.”

Chief Medical Director of the teaching hospital, Dr. Onome Ogueh, expressed gratitude to the management of Total E&P for the gesture, saying “it will go a long way in providing support for the emergency services provided by DELSUTH.”

Meanwhile, Head of Total E&P CSR Partnership, Mrs. Delight Sunday-Anocho, said: “In three years, the company will make impact assessment of the ambulance.

“If it is not being maintained and used for the purpose for which it was donated, Total will not have any reason to consider DELSUTH in its subsequent need assessment programme.”
