Tension has enveloped Ilorin, the Kwara State capital after a State High Court sitting in Ilorin, gave the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq 30 days to defend allegation that he forged his West African Examination Council ( WAEC) certificate.
